What's included in the free tier?

The Interest Graph is always completely free and unlimited. Other modes include daily free uses: 1 Hyperfocus session, 3 Executive Function conversations, and 1 Communication Translation per day. These reset at midnight.

What does SPARQ Pro include?

SPARQ Pro gives you unlimited access to all four modes, full memory and history across sessions, and priority access to new features. It starts with a 7-day free trial, then $9/month.

How do I cancel my SPARQ Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by SPARQ directly.

On iPhone/iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → SPARQ → Cancel Subscription.
On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → SPARQ → Cancel.

You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple or Google.

Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the SPARQ charge.
Google Play: Open Google Play → Profile → Order History → SPARQ → Request Refund.

Is my data private? What does SPARQ store?

SPARQ stores your session data locally on your device — we don't maintain a server-side database of your conversations. When you use any AI feature, your text is processed by Anthropic's Claude API. We never sell your data or show ads. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

The AI responses seem off or unhelpful. What should I do?

AI quality can vary. Try giving more specific or detailed inputs — the more context you provide, the better SPARQ's responses become. If you're consistently getting poor results, please email us with examples so we can improve the prompts.

I found a bug or the app is crashing. How do I report it?

Email us at mkinnovationsgroup@gmail.com with a description of what happened, what device you're using (model + OS version), and any steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings are incredibly helpful.

How do I delete my data?

Since SPARQ stores data locally on your device, deleting the app removes your session data. To request deletion of any data we may hold (such as subscription records), email mkinnovationsgroup@gmail.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.

SPARQ says I've hit my free limit. When does it reset?

Free tier limits reset daily at midnight in your local time zone. If you need more, SPARQ Pro offers unlimited access to all modes with a 7-day free trial to start.
